Throwback Thursdays: Clyde “The Glide” Drexler

Posted by

When thinking of all-time greats in the 80-90′s one person who you should always think of is Phi Slama Jama alumni Clyde Drexler, truly one of the greatest small forwards to ever play the game. He accomplished a lot in his career and won while doing it which is rare. Not only is he an NBA champion but he also won gold with the Dreamteam, a high-flyer who dazzled the crowd with in game dunks that the average player wouldn’t dream of attempting. Clyde hung in the air like few players not named Michael Jordan, and finished around the rim consistently. One week after his birthday we couldn’t help but to show love to him so check these stats and some of his greatest moments in the league.
